• Have spent their lives in church
• Yet have never learned who God really is?

HOW MANY CHRISTIANS

• Have a distorted picture of God
• Taken from verses like MATTHEW 25:24
• Where the servant is afraid of his master?

GOD IS NOT TO BE FEARED

• For He is not a vengeful God
• He is to be worshiped
• Because He is the One who created us

WE HEAR GOD DESCRIBED IN MANY WAYS

• But one way we never seem to hear
• Is how ENJOYABLE He is

In 1 TIMOTHY 6:17, we are told -

• That God provides us with everything
• For our ENJOYMENT

WHAT A SHAME IT WOULD BE

• If we could not enjoy our God
• If we were all lemon-lipped people
• Who viewed God as someone to be afraid of

AND THIS SAME GOD

• Who gives us everything for our enjoyment
• Is desperately wanting to meet us
• In this time of Remembrance and Communion

SO LET US ENJOY HIS GIFTS

• But let us never forget
• To repay Him with our love and devotion

TAKE – EAT  /  AND REMEMBER

• He gave His body for us
• Let us give our hearts to Him
