• Once we are in the body of Christ

FRIENDS CANNOT HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP

• If they hide things from each other

• Our walk with Jesus is the same way

• It is the deepest of friendships

• And we cannot afford to hide things from Him

1 CORINTHIANS 11:28, Paul says

‘A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup.’

WE MUST EXAMINE OUR HEARTS

• Examine our motives … and our focus

• To make sure we recognize Jesus’ authority over us

• To remember what He did for us

• And to remember what we must do for Him

AFTER ALL

• If Jesus died for us

• Isn’t the least we can is

• Live for Him?
